Spa Esthetician
We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury hotel spa. This role is ideal for a skincare professional who delivers results-driven treatments while creating elevated, sensory guest experiences rooted in relaxation and well-being.
The ideal candidate has an authentic passion for skincare, stays current with luxury skincare trends, and excels at building meaningful guest connections through personalized care and thoughtful product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated skincare services, including Hydrafacial and classic, touch-led facials
- Customize treatments to support each guest’s wellness and skincare goals
- Educate guests on skincare and recommend products with confidence
- Drive retail sales through authentic, wellness-focused consultations
- Stay current with luxury skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations
- Maintain pristine treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
- Participate in ongoing education and brand training
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Esthetician License
- Confidence in Hydrafacial and European facials
- Passion for wellness, skincare, and guest experience
- Strong retail and client engagement skills
- Presents themselves in a manner that reflects the experience of a luxury spa/salon
Salon Stylist
We are seeking a Licensed Hair Stylist to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate is passionate about haircare, wellness, and elevated guest experiences, with strong styling skills and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize services to support each guest’s hair health, lifestyle, and beauty goals
- Educate guests on haircare, styling techniques, and product recommendations
- Drive retail sales through authentic, results-driven consultations
- Stay current with luxury hair trends, techniques, and product innovations
- Maintain a polished, clean, and organized salon station, tools, and equipment
- Participate in ongoing education and brand training
Requirements
- Valid PA Cosmetology License
- Strong consultation, styling, and retail skills
