Chakra Balancing
A relaxing and holistic experience designed to unblock and realign your body’s energy. After performing a current assessment of your energy flow, your therapist will utilize a variety of intuitive techniques–including sound therapy, placement of chakra crystals on and around the body, and guided meditation–to bring the chakras into balance. Each chakra balancing treatment is enhanced with our heated Rainbow Chakra Mat infused with seven varieties of real gemstones, LED, Far Infrared Heat, Negative Ion Therapy, and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy. Your first session includes a complete chakra stone set to continue your self-care practice at home.

Zen Tissue Therapy
A specialized, deep-pressure bodywork technique which focuses on releasing calcified muscles and areas of tension or tightness that may inhibit a sense of ease and flow in movement and energy. Through firm, targeted pressure, this method works into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to support improved mobility, balanced muscle tone, and greater structural alignment. Clients often report feeling more flexible, grounded, and physically integrated after each session.
Rooted in the philosophy of Zen, this approach cultivates harmony between body and mind while supporting natural movement, circulation, and a sustained sense of balance throughout the body.

Usui Reiki
A powerful, holistic therapy from the original Japanese Usui lineage that aims to promote relaxation and well-being by facilitating the flow of universal life energy throughout the body. Using light, non-invasive touch, this treatment is ideal for relieving stress, achieving deep relaxation, and restoring balance on both a physical and emotional level.

Karuna Reiki
Karuna Reiki places an emphasis on cultivating compassion, both for oneself and for others. Typically practiced by those who have already achieved Reiki Master status, Karuna Reiki evolved out of the Usui Reiki system and incorporates additional symbols designed to focus and amplify healing energy. Can be effective for deeper emotional healing, pain reduction, and spiritual growth.
